<p>Responsibilities:<br>1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.<br>2. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with payroll processing as needed.<br>3. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including filing both electronic and physical documents.<br>4. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br>5. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for team members and executives.<br>6. Act as a liaison between the team and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.<br>7. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and setting up workstations.<br>8. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information.<br>9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, providing administrative and logistical support.<br>10. Handle other duties as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the office and support the team's objectives.</p><p>Requirements:<br>1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.<br>2. Proven experience in administrative support roles, with familiarity in handling accounts, documentation, and executive assistance.<br>3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and polished demeanor.<br>5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.<br>6. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.<br>7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.<br>8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.<br>9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.<br>10. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges.</p>
