We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations in Pune. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounts department. </li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). </li><li>Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. </li><li>Manage internal controls, audits, and financial risk assessments. </li><li>Supervise vendor payments, receivables, and reconciliation processes. </li><li>Coordinate with management for financial planning and strategic decisions. </li><li>Lead, train, and motivate the billing team to maintain high accuracy and productivity. Set team goals, monitor performance, and ensure accountability. </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Qualified CA with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or service industries. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles and tax regulations. </li><li>Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Office, especially Excel. </li><li>Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. </li></ul>
